Insights
Overview
Insights are saved, shareable artifacts created from Chat results. They capture the “what” (the narrative answer) and often the “why” (supporting query results and context) so teams can collaborate, revisit decisions, and reuse the same insight in new conversations.
Insights typically live inside Boards, where they can be reviewed, discussed, and exported.
Usage
General usage
- Save an insight when a chat result is worth keeping (a key finding, recommendation, or decision-support analysis).
- Organize insights inside Boards so your team can collaborate and build dashboards from the same source material.
- Reuse insights in Chat to ask follow-ups without re-explaining context.
Creating and managing insights
Insights are usually created by saving a chat response to a board.

Save from Chat to a Board
- From a chat response, choose Save to Board.
- Pick an existing board (or create a new board while saving).
- Optionally add a title to make the insight easier to find.

Work with insights in a Board
- Browse all insights on a board’s Insights tab.
- Open an insight to see the full detail view.
- Add comments to collaborate asynchronously.
- Export insights when you need to share externally.
- Present insights as a lightweight “slide deck” for reviews.
Reusing insights in Chat
Insights can be reused as reference context in conversations.

Ask about this
- From an insight detail view, choose Ask about this to start a new chat with that insight pre-attached.

Use insights as chat context
- When an insight is attached to a message, Chat treats it as reference material for that question.
- Chat can also surface which insights were used on a message so you can inspect them later.
