Boards
Overview
Boards are collaborative spaces for organizing insights from Chat into a shared workspace where teams can review, discuss, and build lightweight dashboards.
Usage
General usage
- Create a board for a recurring theme (pipeline review, renewals, launch tracking).
- Save key results from Chat as insights into the board.
- Add collaborators and use comments to coordinate decisions.
- Use dashboards for “always-on” views built from the same underlying data.
Creating and managing boards

Create a board
- From the Boards page, choose Create Board.
- Give it a name (and optionally a description) so it’s easy to find later.

Collaborate
- Invite collaborators and use boards as a shared home for key insights.
- Use board sharing to make it easy to access the board across the team.

Pin boards
- Pin a board to keep it available from the workspace sidebar for quick access.
Dashboards inside boards
Dashboards are nested inside boards and are designed for ongoing monitoring.

Create dashboards
- From a board, create a new dashboard and add charts/metrics.

Reorder and maintain
- Dashboards support arranging charts so your most important metrics are always visible.

Pin dashboards
- Pin dashboards so they show up in the workspace sidebar alongside pinned boards.
Insights inside boards (and reuse in Chat)
Boards are where insights become reusable team artifacts.

Review and discuss
- Boards list insights with metadata like who saved them and where they came from.
- Open an insight to view the full content and add comments.

Present and export
- Present insights sequentially for team readouts.
- Export insights when you need to share them outside Attive.

Reuse an insight in Chat
- From an insight detail page, you can start a new chat via Ask about this, which pre-attaches the insight as reference context.

Weekly pipeline review board
- Save key findings from pipeline analysis chats, then maintain a dashboard with top-of-funnel metrics.

- Collect renewal risk insights and link follow-up chats back to the same underlying insights.
