Prompts
Overview
Prompts are reusable starting points for common questions and workflows in Attive. They help teams ask consistent, high-signal questions and quickly reproduce analyses—especially when paired with the right memories.
Usage
General usage
- Use prompts to standardize common asks (pipeline reviews, churn risk checks, campaign analysis).
- Run a prompt to start a chat instantly, or add it to the composer to tweak before sending.
- Attach memories to prompts so they reliably include the right definitions and context.
Creating and managing prompts
Prompts are managed in the workspace Context / Library area.
What you can configure:
-
Prompt content
- The text that will be used to start (or seed) a conversation.
-
Attached memories
- Prompts can include selected memories so the conversation starts grounded in the right context.
-
Organization
- Use categories and tags to keep prompts discoverable and reusable.
-
Templates
- You can start from prompt templates and refine them to match your team’s workflows.
Using prompts in Chat
-
Run a prompt
- From Chat’s start screen (or prompt picker), choose a prompt to run.
- Attive starts a conversation using the prompt content, with any attached memories applied.
-
Add a prompt to the composer
- Add a prompt to the composer when you want a strong starting point but still want to edit wording before you send.
-
Prompts and agents
- Prompts work well with agents: select an agent to set the “lens,” then run a prompt to kick off a structured analysis in that mode.
Examples
-
Pipeline review
- “Show me how deals are flowing through our pipeline this month. Break down conversion rates by stage and call out bottlenecks.”
-
Renewal risk
- “Which accounts are at risk in the next 60 days, and what are the top drivers?”
-
Marketing performance
- “How are our campaigns performing this quarter? Summarize ROI and highlight what’s driving conversions.”
