Data Sync & Workspace Status

Overview

Attive keeps each workspace’s data current by running background data syncs from your connected systems and updating the workspace data graph.

The Data Sync & Workspace Status experience helps you:

  • Understand whether your workspace data is up to date, syncing, or needs attention
  • See what kind of sync is happening (routine vs. rebuild)
  • Review recent sync history and any errors, so you know what to do next

Usage

General usage

  • Use the Sources section in the workspace sidebar to quickly check your workspace’s current data status.
  • Click the status row to open Data Sync Status (or, during setup, to jump to Integrations) and review recent sync runs, errors, and when your data last updated.

In-depth usage

  • Getting to “in sync” for the first time: Connect your data sources in Integrations and configure your Data Graph. Once the first successful sync completes, your workspace will show as up to date.
  • Monitoring routine syncs vs. rebuilds: When a sync is in progress, the sidebar status will reflect whether it’s a routine sync or a larger rebuild.
  • Handling sync issues: If a sync fails, Attive will surface that your data may be stale and guide you to the Data Sync Status page for details. If your workspace has synced successfully in the past, you can usually keep working while you investigate.

Examples

  • “I just connected Salesforce. How do I know when the workspace is ready?”
  • “Data looks stale. When was the last successful sync?”
  • “A sync failed—where can I see what went wrong and what changed?”
  • “I changed my graph configuration. How do I track the rebuild?”

“Usable but may be stale” statesIf a sync has issues after prior successful syncs, Attive indicates that you can continue working while data freshness may be impacted.
